Third-Party Providers & Services Disclaimer

Untamed Tribe LLC may coordinate with or utilize third-party providers in connection with its activities.

1. Independent Third Parties

Third-party providers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Transportation services
  • Lodging or camps
  • Equipment suppliers
  • Local guides or outfitters
  • Food or support services

These providers operate as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Untamed Tribe.

2. No Control or Liability

Untamed Tribe does not control the operations of third-party providers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, services, equipment, or facilities.

Participants may be subject to separate terms, waivers, or policies imposed by third-party providers.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Reviewing third-party terms when applicable
  • Complying with third-party rules and requirements

4. Relationship to Other Policies

This disclaimer is incorporated by reference into the Terms & Conditions and Waiver & Assumption of Risk.
