Untamed Tribe LLC

This GDPR & International Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and forms part of Untamed Tribe LLC’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
This Addendum applies to individuals located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and other jurisdictions with data protection laws, including participants in Untamed Tribe’s international expeditions and services.
1. Scope & Applicability
This Addendum applies when Untamed Tribe LLC processes personal data subject to:

- Communications with Untamed Tribe

This Addendum is incorporated by reference into Untamed Tribe’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

- The Privacy Policy controls data collection, use, and disclosure
- This Addendum controls with respect to GDPR and international data protection matters
